Food is part of Indian tradition which is passed on to the next generation and it plays a vital role of a string between the old and the new gen. Today with globalization and access to internet has made us lucky to have an opportunity to exchange knowledge of food across the world. The food represents the country with its aroma and richness of taste across the world. However; with so many food around us it may happen that the real taste or aroma of the food is lost with addition or deletion of items; therefore, promoting Indian home-made food with originality would help to save the heritage and richness of Indian Food!!
