Cooking is an ART and not a rocket science. I try to use the basic ingredients like haldi, red-green chili, panch-phoran, coriander power, zeera powder, onion, tomato, ginger and garlic paste to make food items. This is the tradition which we mostly follow to reach the goal of preparing tasty desi food with the minimum we have handy at home. No wonder it’s true that the taste comes with accuracy and patience while we cook!!
